Three decades into the rapid development of the Chinese real estate industry, our Founder, Michael Chen, witnessed a gap in the quality of properties and outdoor developments in China when compared to other more developed countries. Another area needing improvement was the customer experience, particularly in rental housing products. Therefore, Michael decided to establish his own world-class real estate company, adopting design-driven and innovative approaches to create extraordinary spaces, inspiring experiences and sustainable long-term value for customers and clients, and improving their standard of living.

Based on this vision, INNOV Real Estate was born. Our name –  INNOV – reflects our continuous innovation for value creation. Our ideals are further reflected in our Chinese name – Ying Lu – which expresses our outstanding work ethic and the desire to pursue excellence in all we do.

INNOV Real Estate is an integrated real estate investment, development, and management company, founded in May 2020 by Michael Chen in Shanghai.

We leverage a diverse range of onshore and offshore resources to bring investors attractive, long-term returns through unique, carefully curated investment opportunities in China; create high-quality spaces and offer outstanding services to customers; and cultivate a healthy working environment with growth opportunities for our employees.

Our initial focus is on multifamily and mixed-use community investment, development and management, as well as the repositioning of existing assets. In addition, we provide technical and development services for third parties.
